Office Assistant sought by Exceptional Home Improvements LLC.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Responsibilities include: Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, provide information, and inform manager of any complaints that require additional attention.Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities needing recordkeeping.Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records and reports, for the Office Manager and owner of the company.Operate computers, photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machine, and voicemail system, as needed for the continued operation of the business.Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks, as needed.Make travel arrangements for the Office Manager and owner of the company.Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software, as needed, and contact third-party vendors if additional troubleshooting is required.Special requirements include: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of PC computers and Windows software, specifically Windows 10 Pro or newer model.Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat software.Minimum requirements: high school degree or equivalent and 24 months' experience as an Office Assistant or related field.Please send resume to worksite location at: ATTN Office Assistant, 8 Lansing Ave, Trumbull, CT 06611.
