This role involves working closely with the Director of Data and Business Intelligence, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance business performance. A successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and best practices, strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.Essential FunctionsCollaboration : Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify , design , and build improvements and scalable system solutions that solve business needs . Develop and lead trainings with organizational staff to increase adoption and ensure consistent use of systems enterprise wide.Salesforce Administration : Manage customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, and other Salesforce configurations.Security : Understanding of Salesforce u ser and object s ecurity concepts such as profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, sharing rules, and OWDs.System Integration : Work closely with stakeholders to implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This includes Intacct, Outlook, Skedda (via Zapier), FormAssembly , CongaSign , MailChimp, and Alchemer , and various API tools, among others .Data Management and Quality : Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce. Manage duplicate Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts , Cases, Contracts , and records in custom objects ; and perform mass uploads and updates of data as required . Remove unnecessary /unused fields and data, ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current busines s processes.Continuous Improvement : Work to improve existing Salesforce infrastructure and implement new features and functionality according to best practices. P roactively seek out opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our current systems and processes.Reporting and Analytics : Partner with organization stakeholders to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Create audited, official source-of-truth reporting for business performance , develop KPIs , and remove outdated reports.Project Management and Documentation : Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end with full ownership of the project, working with the relevant teams to develop clear definitions and design requirements ; then implementation, testing, and release to production, keeping relevant teams in the loop. If you believe you'd be a good addition to our team, we look forward to your application!3 + years experience as a Salesforce Administrator - 5+ years of experience working with SalesforceSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience is r equired ; advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator (211) and Platform App Builder (301) are a strong plus.Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and general SDLC principles.Strong knowledge and experience around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud featuresExperience with Salesforce integrations , APIs , and other toolsExperience in creating/working with Salesforce Validation, Screenflows , Triggers, Flows , A pproval Processes, as well as both Lightning and Visualforce Pages.Expertise in translating business requirements into technical/software requirements, process modeling, and data mappingExcellent analytical, and technical aptitude and ability to solve problemsExcellent time management and organization skills with an ability to work on multiple tasks in parallelExperience working in nonprofit organizations strongly desired.Ability to work well as part of a team and also to function independently.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact in a multi-cultural environment with a variety of internal and external customers and/or co-workers.Commitment to and enthusiasm for TSNE's mission and to the work of social and economic justice organizations is preferred .You also believe in and embody our organizational values and the below core competencies:Communication - The ability to effectively exchange ideas, concepts, facts, and data with diverse audiences.High standard of integrity, ethics, and professionalism - The highest standards of integrity, ethical practices and professionalism are demonstrated in all aspects of work, including interactions with others, decision-making, and the development and delivery of work product.
