Our innovative approach and cutting-edge technology let us focus on what matters: truly sophisticated planning and exceptional client service"”without the burnout culture of traditional firms.We've earned 140+ five-star reviews thanks to our client-centered focus, and now we're searching for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney who's hungry and smart"”someone who takes ownership and thrives on delivering excellence.Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearlyResponsibilities: Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyConsult clients about your plans for distributing their assetsHelp solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of actionWork closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation processOrganize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept currentAssist clients with estate administration process, whether probate or trust administration.Experience helping business owners plan succession plans.Experience with guardianship/conservatorship proceedings.Qualifications: Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years is requiredUndergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree requiredWorking knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigationGreat communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situationsAbout CompanyInnovative & Flexible Culture.
