This is a full-time role based in Souderton, Pennsylvania. The HRBP will report to the Human Resources Director and will support CTS operations at the Souderton location. CTS is present in several countries across the globe and major centers include the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization's objectivesLeads recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesPrepares payroll for bi-weekly payment schedules with our payroll providerAnalyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policiesWorks with leaders to identify training and development needs to promote optimal employee learning and career development, and to ensure the achievement of business goalsProvides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Oversees employee performance management and development programs, including performance evaluations and career planningProvides HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of employee groupsMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risksWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionDrives workforce planning with managers to meet business needsManages and resolves employee relations issues.
