Job Purpose:We are looking to employ a driven Sales Executive to introduce company solutions to potential private equity organizations and their portfolio companies. The Sales Executive responsibilities include researching competitors, understanding the PE model and how they can benefit using CallTower, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of the PE Sales Initiative. You should also be able to answer private equity financial questions, in addition to customers' questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.A Sales Executive candidate must meet or exceed sales bookings/revenue, sales profitability, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction goals. Duties:Must keep up to date with technology related to the solutions we sell and communicate those solutionsCold call into private equity firms and leverage existing CallTower and any business relationshipsCommunicate with ALL teams (tech, project management, marketing, client services, executive team, etc.)Support customers by assisting with orders internally with correct paperwork in a timely mannerProvide weekly sales funnel reports to managementUpdate his / her job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations focused on private equitiesUnderstands what is required to successfully build a sales funnel focusing on private equityKnowledge of Cloud Services specifically Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to customersStrong closing and negotiating skills a must with knowledge of financial terminologySolid communication and presentation skills to audiencesProvide detailed and accurate sales forecasts using the company's CRM toolKnows how to translate product features into benefits that solve real customer problemsAble to articulate a unique value proposition to various levels within a private equity organizationFollow the established sales processesEffectively maintain and keep current customer information and sales opportunities in the company's CRM toolIdentifies and engages with key industry events and trade shows focused on private equity Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum five years sales experience in related industries, working with private equity firms is a mustSelling in the PE is a mustProficient in Microsoft Office365 and computer competent with the ability to learn and use software effectivelyProactive, collaborative, leader, ambitious, creative problem solver, analytical, versatile, and "thrives under pressure" are words that describe youEstablished track record in successfully meeting deadlines while handling multiple projectsCreative and strategic thinker with strength in carrying that creativity and strategy into bookings / revenueAbility to understand an ever-changing marketComfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding and changing customer baseAbility to grasp and translate complex technical features and convey benefits and selling pointsExperience working closely within the sales organization with a strong affinity for successStrong collaboration skills and ability to work across all departments and levelsOwnership mentality of role and projectsKnowledgeable with a range of sales methodologies and sales funnel management processExperience with a range of CRM tools preferredMust have the ability to generate and close proposalsRequires excellent one-on one and group presentation and facilitation skillsAspire to listen, collaborate, have fun, be tenacious, support employees' to continually improve, be known for our expertise, and grow as an organizationExcellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a mustProvide feedback and ask appropriate questions, customer service oriented and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards and initiativesSolid project and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and organize workflowManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment so that company efficiency and productivity standards are metTelecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, and IT services experience preferredAbility to work independently and to motivate selfCommitment to establish a professional and collaborative working relationship within CallTower departmentsWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime during peak business flow Benefits:·Annual Market comp evaluation·85% employer paid Medical plans (HDHP and PPO options)·Dental/Vision·PTO accrual starts day one·100% 401k match on first 4%·Paid Parental Leave·100% Employer paid life insurance, LTD, EAP, telehealth, Gym Pass Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
