Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has multiple openings for Air Dominance Manufacturing Managers (Level K) in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to manage, develop, and motivate high performing teams of employees on the production line.This position is for second shift. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role3+ years' experience working with or supporting military aircraft.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higherPrevious knowledge / experience with LEANExperience with military aircraft maintenance and ramp operationsExperience with team building, developing and motivating employees.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
