Position Overview:Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for successfully marketing to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, ALF's (Assisted Living Facilities) and various communities and organizations to achieve the company's financial and market share goals. They identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about healthcare services provided by the company. Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed business targetsEducate potential customers and referral sources about healthcare services offered by the companyEstablish strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing assessment and communicationConduct in-services, presentations, educational luncheons, host and attend relevant events to promote home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sourcesPromote professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and any other customers to improve the agency's position in the communityMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leadsAveanna Healthcare Offers:Uncapped incentive plan401(k) with Company match Health, Dental and Vision Benefits for employees at 30+ hours Tuition Discounts and Reimbursement PTO, Sick Time, and Paid HolidaysRequirements:At least 2 years of healthcare sales experienceValid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insuranceAbility to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetingsThis role requires autonomy, flexibility, and a willingness to spend most of your time in the field building relationships with referral sources and promoting home health care services.
