Position Overview:Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for successfully marketing to healthcare providers and communities to achieve the company's financial and market share goals.Key Responsibilities:Identify and educate potential customers about healthcare services provided by the company.Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff.Prospect for new accounts, maintain current accounts, and comply with sales-related policies and procedures.Autonomous Role: This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to set your own schedule and spend most of your time in the field.Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate all marketing and sales activities for company services, including developing a regular schedule of visits to referral sources.Collaboration and Communication: Regularly consult with administrators on marketing and sales activities, interact with directors and supervisors regarding account maintenance, and participate in in-service programs and QAPI initiatives.Requirements:At least 2 years of healthcare or home health sales experience.Licensed clinical experience preferred.Established community relationships and excellent people skills.Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to work independently and in groups.Knowledgeable about standards of practice for company services.Aveanna Healthcare Offers:401(k) with matchHealth, Dental, and Vision BenefitsTuition Discounts and ReimbursementPTO, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays
