Scheduled shifts will be between the hours of 5:30am - 11:00pm Monday - Saturday, and open availability is required, we are always closed on Sunday'sResponsibilities:Provide operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurantBuild a high performance team and develop them with coaching, training and accountability and leading by exampleImprove restaurant results with effective communication, attending and/or leading meetings, and setting collaborative goalsDevelop a culture of care, growth, ownership, stewardship, and a heart of service for others within the teamExecute and communicate the vision, mission, and purpose of the restaurant on a daily basis with the teamCommitment to ongoing personal growth and development by creating a personal development planCoaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyoneMaintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guestsWrite and execute a strategic business plan for your specific responsibilities in the restaurant and execute it throughout the yearBe self-directed, highly organized, have good time management skills and master all knowledge and skills of every positionRequirements:You must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skillsReliable transportation with a current driver's license is requiredBe authorized to work in the United StatesBe at least 18 years oldMust have a High School diploma or equivalentCollege degree preferred and/or equivalent work experienceBe available to work rotating shifts and on Saturdays- time off can be given for special requestsHave at experience with previous high level management or leadership experience relevant to the position you are applying forExcellent verbal and written communication skills - bilingual is preferredLocation: Four Points Austin: 7710 N FM 620 Bldg. 9, Austin, TX 78726Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
