Job Description: Global Infotech Inc, is looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with experience in Guidewire workflows, integrations, and Agile methodologies.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Location: Schaumburg IL, and Unanticipated Client Locations.Roles and responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, etc.).Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and aligned with Agile methodologies.Analyze, document, and improve OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) workflows for Guidewire implementations.Conduct gap analysis to compare the current state (as-is) of the business process or system against the desired future state (to-be) after Guidewire implementation or upgrade.Gather and document business requirements through direct interaction with business stakeholders.Create user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to capture and communicate system requirements clearlyDevelop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on business and technical requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements for various Guidewire modules.Translate business needs into system requirements following Agile practices, ensuring continuous feedback and refinement throughout the project lifecycle.Perform integrations between ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter.Perform integration analysis by identifying and mapping fields from legacy systems to Guidewire ClaimCenter and Enterprise Integration Systems (EIS), including XML mapping.Facilitate Document and ContactManager integration within Guidewire environments.Work closely with development and testing teams to validate requirements and support implementation.Ensure compliance with NCCI, EDI (Workers' Compensation), ISO, and Medicare regulations.Conduct thorough testing of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter applications.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claim management, policy management, or integration workflows to measure business value.Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of the Guidewire systems in delivering business value, such as improved claims processing efficiency or reduced indemnity costs.Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by ensuring that test scenarios cover all functional aspects of Guidewire products.Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define sprint goals, select stories for the sprint, and assist in estimating story points.Qualification: Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience /Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field with/ without Industry experience.
