Position: Quality Assurance 1st shift: M-TH 6am to 4:30pm OR M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $23-30 per hour As Quality Assurance you will: Job Duties: · Perform review of new order planning reviewing for required quality clauses · Conduct purchase order reviews. · Coordinate customer on site source inspections. · Inspect subcontracted product certifications and documentation to determine conformance with drawing and BOM specifications. · Utilize standard mechanical instruments, such as mics, calipers and other inspection equipment. · Ability to conduct process audits to assure ongoing conformance to procedures. · Process associated documentation including non-conforming material documents. · Responsibility for keeping work station organized and clean. · Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques. · Create QA reports efficiently and professionally. · Perform internal quality audits. · Maintain tool and gage calibration recall systems. · Maintain approved vendor lists and vendor approvals · Conduct final visual inspection of product, review shipping paperwork and part marking inspection.
