DEI Consultant

Role/Title: DE&I Consultant (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. Location: Lakewood, CO Type: Part time 25 to 30 hours a week. Hybrid 2D in office Duration: 4 months with possibility for extexsion. Pay: $35-40/hr on W2 About the Role: This consultant will drive communication across the business around all DEI initiatives. They will help maintain and mature the progress of the organization's initiatives and programs. Responsibilities: Developing and refining DEI strategies that address company challenges and opportunities. Engaging with senior leadership, HR, and Associate Resource Groups to embed DEI into company culture and policies. Analyzing DEI-related data to assess progress, identify gaps, and provide insights for decision-making. Partnering with Training & Development teams to create and implement DEI training programs. Leading change management efforts, advising on inclusive hiring practices, and benchmarking against industry best practices. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. HR, Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion). Required: Proven experience driving and maintaining DEI initiatives and programs within a company. Proven work experience with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing their inclusion efforts across different business units.
