Recruiting Specialist

As a Recruiting Specialist you are part of a team that utilizes progressive and innovative recruiting strategies to deliver exceptional talent to our clients and provide professional job opportunities for candidates. In this role you will source, screen and match professionals with our clients' temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent opportunities. Recruiting Specialists analyze hiring demand and determine the best recruiting methods, using a variety of sources, to develop and maintain a diverse talent network.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Responsibilities of the Recruiting SpecialistPromote Greysmith recruitment services to job seekers so they might pursue employment opportunities through our companyBuild, manage and maintain a diverse talent network aligned with specific industry needsRecruit, interview, retain and develop candidates; understand their needs and professional goalsAssess the qualifications, career goals and culture fit of each individual to ensure compatibility with client needsManage the candidate workflow from pre-qualification, to offer acceptance, to onboarding and throughout assignment.Coach and develop talent network; build and maintain strong relationshipsBecome an expert in the industries you support; advise candidates on client expectations, desired skills and wage expectationsMarket the candidate's skills, knowledge and abilities to our Staffing Consultants so we can provide clients with the best matched talent Requirements of the Recruiting SpecialistStrong communication skills with the ability to coach and influenceConsistent track record of achievement in past positionsSelf-motivated, driven and outgoing personalityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's DegreeRecruiting experience or knowledge of the recruiting process is a plus! Compensation of the Recruiting Specialist$40,000.00 to $50,000.00 base plus an uncapped commission program
