Estimator (Fort Lauderdale, FL):Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Responsible for all aspects of the estimating process. Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Prepare conceptual budgets and estimating from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design, and design development documents. Perform detailed take-offs of all trades. Initiate and oversee entire bid process. Coordinate with vendors, engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors and communicate deliverables and procurement schedules. Ensure accurate and proper submissions and proposals by all subcontractors. Level subcontractor bid proposals for accuracy and scope gaps. Prepare scope of work documentation by division.
