Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Account Manager (skincare manufacturing) in Moorpark, CA. As a Sr. Account Manager, you will:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction.Proactively communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits (with sales).Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.Track and expedite all aspects of customer orders, from initiation to shipment.Maintain customer materials and production schedules to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate order shipments and managing logistics.Review and process customer quotes.Liaison between customers and production facilities.Establish priorities and resolve conflicts related to customer accounts.Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs).Maintain customer artwork documentation.Maintain inventory reports.Work closely with various departments (Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, Production, R&D, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Support the sales team with order entry, follow-ups, and sample coordination.Complete required customer reports (status, inventory, etc.).This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:Experience in OEM/Private Label skincare manufacturing is highly desired.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail for quality control and accurate record-keeping.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.Strong problem-solving skills to address production and customer issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/year. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
