A leading remodeler is looking for a full-time Administrative and Marketing Support Coordinator to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams while keeping our business running smoothly.What You Will DoAdministrative and Clerical SupportMaintain records, process invoices, draft correspondence, and assist with schedulingAnswer calls, direct inquiries, and greet visitors professionallyHandle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and filingAssist the Operations Manager and field personnel with various office tasksMarketing and Customer EngagementMaintain web hosting, email systems, and social media platformsAssist with marketing tasks, including advertising schedules and strategy planningCoordinate media meetings and oversee marketing materialsSupport customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via emailAssist with Building PermitAssist with HOA DrawingsAssist with Inspection ResultsFinancial and Office ManagementProcess invoices, track expenses, and assist with bank and credit card reconciliationsMonitor customer accounts for payments and discrepanciesEnsure vendor and subcontractor compliance, including insurance, W9s, and licensingMaintain company credit card records and expense reportsOperations and Special ProjectsOrganize company training, including materials, booklets, and PowerPoint presentations.Plan and coordinate company events and lunchesSupport HR functions, including employee benefits and documentationRun errands for management and step in where neededAssistance with Company and Employee ComplianceWhat We Are Looking ForTwo or more years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or customer service, preferably in the construction industryProficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Office 365, and QuickBooksExcellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalismDependable, proactive, and able to work independentlyA self-starter who can step in where needed and keep things moving efficientlyAbility to pass a background checkValid driver's license requiredFull-time | Monday through Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM | Onsite - Not RemoteWe are a Drug Free Work-Place.
