Skill development may include assist with obtaining safe and suitable housing, continuing their education, learning independent living skills, obtaining and maintaining employment, building a support system, and remaining free from legal involvement.Work in the community and will have access to an agency vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.Train in evidenced based model and are expected to adhere to this model throughout the intervention.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a social service-related field; Bilingual preferred.One year of relevant experience, is required.Driver's license with a clean driving record is required.Work both independently and with a cohesive team.Strong organizational skills, knowledge of the community, and ability to advocate for youth needs.Home-based position covering Essex, Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Hunterdon, Warren, and Union Counties.
