Location If 100% remote, will you be sending equipment? Market Pricing jobs and conducting market research and completing market studies.Job DescriptionProvides compensation consulting throughout the Center by working closely with departments at all management levels to identify, develop and implement compensation strategies that will best meet their specific needs. Administers, interprets and provides guidance on compensation policies and procedures.Educates clients and HR colleagues, such as BTCs and Talent Acquisition, on salary recommendation guidelines, FLSA designation, job-specific incentive plans, job evaluation process, and other compensation matters.Identifies appropriate market comparison (i.e., healthcare vs. general industry) based on job descriptions, discussions with clients and HR colleagues (i.e., talent acquisition).Slots non-benchmark jobs by using internal comparisons.Presents recommendations at weekly job evaluation meetings before finalizing with client. Defends title and salary grade recommendations.Conduct regular benchmarking studies and market research to keep abreast of industry trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its compensation offerings.Tracks and reports on utilization and cost of the Center's Compensation spend.
