Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 12 months to possible extension Location: Arlington, VA 22202 & Austin,TX,78759 (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite) As a Learning Administrator you will:Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan, leadership programs and learning campaigns.Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes creating training sessions.Managing training invites, maintaining learner registration, updating employee training records and distributing evaluation.Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.Compile and develop reports as required - maintaining accurate training records, analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.Assist with creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management SystemAssist with creation and distribution of quarterly learning newsletter for all employees in North AmericaSupport the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign to appropriate employee population..
