Title: Software Development Engineer IIThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Location: 100% Onsite in New York, NY Duration: 12-month contract (additional extensions/conversion to FTE possible) Compensation: $55/hr - $65/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Skillset / Experience:Job Description: We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with seller eligibility. Your solutions will impact our customers directly! Primary responsibilities include developing and monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, implementing fixes for internally developed code (Scala, JAVA), and performing SQL querying. Additional responsibilities include improving our systems that gather metrics on our features, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. General Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
