We seek to provide our people with a work-life balance that allows them to achieve their career goals while pursuing personal interests.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Responsibilities:Review complex Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entitiesReview gift tax returnsReview quarterly and year-end tax projectionsReview tax workpapersDeliver clear requests for information via phone or email directly to clientsResearch Federal, state, and cross-border tax issuesStrategize with partners and the client engagement teams on tax planningWork closely with the management team to mentor, train, and supervise staffBasic qualifications:Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degreeCPARequired field of study: Accounting, Finance and/or TaxationMinimum years of experience: 7+Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsClient Management Skills:Manage deadlines and client workBill clients accordinglyCollect outstanding receivablesPreferred knowledge/skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsRecent or current experience servicing High Net Worth and/or Family Office clientsManagerial experience with staff and clientsProficient with use of GoSystem Tax RS is a plus
