We are an employee-owned company with opportunities for growth.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.General Description:Builds control panels to support client needs by conducting the layout and mounting of equipment and electrical components from routing to terminating wiring as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Mount EquipmentInstall mounting structure - Din Rail, Brackets, Etc.Mount Equipment according to drawings and confirm spacing is according to drawingsWire routingReview drawings for wire routingReview routing with integration managerInstall and terminate all electrical and communication wiringConfirm wire gage is appropriate and per drawingsLabel all wire terminations according to drawingVerify all wiring to design drawingsRedline any changes required on drawing set and confirm with integration managerConfirm all terminations are properly tightenedQualifications:Ability to read and understand drawings/schematicsAbility to adapt to changes and project needsAbility to communicate well with othersWilling to take direction from othersTeam player that shares ideasWorking Conditions:Some overtime when required for project schedulingSome weekend work when required for project schedulingPhysical Requirements Lifting of equipment for mounting to structureExtended periods of standing required in the panel shopBenefits:Competitive salary with a discretionary bonus potentialBenefit Time Off (BTO) that can be used as paid vacation, sick time, holiday funding, or as cash-outEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) & 401(k) plan for retirement with employer matchCompany funded health and dental insurance with low employee cost sharingWellness & Vision subsidyCompany paid short term and long-term disability coverage
