The ideal candidate will have experience managing cloud-based network environments, securing IoT devices, and ensuring seamless connectivity between cloud and edge computing resources.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based network infrastructure on AWS.Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, security groups, and VPN connections.Develop and implement IoT network architectures, including edge devices, gateways, and cloud integration.Optimize network performance, scalability, and security in an AWS environment.Ensure high availability and fault tolerance across cloud and IoT networks.Troubleshoot network issues related to AWS cloud networking and IoT devices.Implement security best practices for cloud and IoT networking, including encryption, authentication, and secure data transmission.Work closely with DevOps, cloud architects, and security teams to support infrastructure needs.Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on AWS cloud networking and IoT environments.Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, etc.).Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) and IoT device connectivity.Hands-on experience with network security tools, firewalls, and VPN configurations.Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Wireshark, or equivalent.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or equivalent certification.Experience with edge computing and real-time data processing.Knowledge of containerized networking (Kubernetes, Docker).Experience with IoT platforms like AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.Understanding of SD-WAN and network automation tools.
