The project is set to begin in September 2024, and the representative will work directly.Responsibilities:• As the Site Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures. For the most part we will be following owners safety guidelines as a baseline.• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.• Monitor and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.• This role includes conducting risk assessments, providing safety training and guidance, and ensuring a safe work environment through regular safety audits.• You will work with the team and on-site contractors to ensure all safety procedures are followed.• Submit safety incident reports.• You will also update and refine safety policies as necessary and deliver comprehensive safety training at the project site.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role.• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements and implementing safety programs.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to conduct thorough investigations and compile detailed reports.• Proficient in using safety management software and tools.• OSHA 30Job type: Contract
