Experienced Project Manager to lead the Flex Enhancements project for Pharmaceuticals. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation and system integration enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. This role requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, pharmaceutical revenue management systems, and cross-functional team coordinationEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations (preferably in pharmaceuticals or revenue management systems).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SDLC processes.Experience managing system integration projects involving JD Edwards, Model-N Flex, Oracle CPQ, Dell Boomi, and data warehouses.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.Ability to work with technical teams to define system integration requirements, reporting tools, and automation frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Power BI is a plus.PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable. Preferred Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of pharmaceutical revenue management, chargebacks, rebates, and government pricing (340B, HIN, DEA regulations).Experience with compliance and audit processes in a regulated industry.Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for system automation.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
