Type: Remote Role (any where in USA) DayToDay Responsbilities: The CRM Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the company's customer relationship management system, Dynamics. They will be required to travel domestically roughly one week every other month for the first year and will oversee the Dynamics platform, ensuring functionality, troubleshooting issues, and integrating it with other business tools. They will start with a couple of direct reports, Dynamics engineers, who will work closely with a 3rd party company doing the development of this re-implementation. Their day involves improving data accuracy and automating workflows to enhance sales and customer service efficiency. They will also monitor user adoption, customize the system to meet business needs, and ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and customer interactions. By streamlining operations and leveraging CRM data, they help the company improve customer engagement, sales pipeline management, and overall business growth. Must Have: People Person/Manager. Travel Requirement: The CRM Manager will need to travel roughly one week every other month for the first year (domestic). Strong CRM implementation experience is critical. 8+ years of technical experience in CRM (preferably Dynamics) 3+ years of recent experience managing technical CRM team Strong understanding of best practices with CRM systems (configurations, dashboards, implementation knowledge) Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and integrating Dynamics with applications like Office365, CPQ, Active Directory, ETC.
