Job Title: Business Development ManagerAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Department: Sales and MarketingReports to: VP of Sales (Joe M) Status: Full-time Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for initiating contact with new and existing business accounts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, internet outreach, direct mail, personal visits, industry conferences, and other viable methods. A proactive approach is required to identify and reach out to potential clients. The role also involves managing and updating the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all customers and prospects are current, and monitoring the sales pipeline to provide insights on performance. In addition, the representative will develop and implement a marketing system to promote mock trials and jury research services, which includes creating engaging sales decks, developing irresistible offers, and tailored marketing strategies. The position also requires creating LinkedIn prospecting strategies, campaign emails, and organizing in-person luncheons for software demos and client engagement.
