Position: HR AnalystThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below. Location: New York, NY/ Tempe, AZ / Tampa, FL Duration: 9 Months Pay Range: $40/hr - $50/hr Responsibilities: Work closely and collaboratively with AskHR and Payroll to ensure smooth running of the Benefits & Retirement plans and improve processes where possible. Provide support for the annual benefits enrollment including testing of benefits platform. Complete monthly reconciliations between data from the benefits platform and the benefits data on the payroll platform. Investigate issues with data feeds to investigating and resolving issues, recommending changes to process where necessary and avoiding legislative breaches. Answer queries from Payroll, mainly around clarification on monies coming into the business for employees on Group Income Protection and general queries/requests. Must Have: Excellent communication skills. Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability. Proactive and motivated approach. Ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines.
