Office position must report daily MUST have Mobile Home Management exp.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Responsible for all Property managers for their properties, 11 community managers.Manage all aspects of property operations and resident relations.Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.Handle resident inquiries and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.Conduct regular inspections of properties to maintain high standards of quality and safety.Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, filing evictions, and initiating corrective action.Maintenance of tenant accounts and answering tenant inquiries via phone, email and text.Work Hours & BenefitsThe position is Monday through Friday with some flexibility. Health insurance is available once the probationary period is complete.Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordRent Manager Software experience
