Project Manager : - Manage IT shared service technology (SST) initiatives supporting internal systems for marketing communications project - Develop and manage project budget, including cost forecasting and financial planning - Oversee vendor relationships and stakeholder management - Keep Clarizen Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / Professional Services Automation (PSA) application updated with risk, issues, project deliverable and financials - Weekly status reports for Senior Leadership Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) : - Project management experience in technology initiatives - Adaptability to ever-changing environments - Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, cost planning, and financial analysis in a large matrix organization - Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology programs with large budgets ($2 million or above) - Experience in risk management, issue resolution, vendor management and stakeholder communications - Proficiency with program management tools such as Clarizen and Jira - Agile / Scrum experience - ideally : PMP certification - ideally : SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent Agile SAFe certifications For immediate consideration, please connect with me on LinkedIn at and then email your resume, work authorization status, current location, availability, and compensation expectations directly to denis.potapenko@ - make sure to include the exact job title and job location in your email message. #M1 .
