Breitling USA Inc.Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.in Wilton, CT seeks a Director of After Sales Services to ensure a positive customer exp.that supports retention & brand loyalty.Ensure svc lead time & quality of watch repairs over time & oversee capacity at each stage of watch repair process.Ensure seamless cadence of physical, system/ERP flows, & reports in order to identify any drift including strict compliance with the app.of the mechanisms.Bach.degree in Bus.Admin., Mngmnt or a related field + 3 yrs of rel exp.Any suitable combo of exp.of edu, training, or exp.is acceptable.Employer will accept 1 additional yr of exp.towards every yr not completed towards the degree req.Employer will accept foreign degree equivalent.3 years of exp.req.with the following: Exp.with after sales services in the watch industry; Performance metrics & KPIs; Exp.with warranty & service policy enforcement; Implementing & overseeing quality control protocols; After sales service price quotes & client services processes; Creation & implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales goals.Salary: $130K to $175K.Email resume to Katie Turlis: katie.turlis@
