Title: Compensation Analyst Consultant II (Enterprise Financial Services)Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Location: New York (4 days on-site)Duration: 3+ months Compensation: $40-45/hr. Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Total Rewards leads the compensation function for the multiple business and functional segments within the organization. Partners with the leadership teams and their HR business partners to drive the desired business/compensation outcomes with intelligence, energy, and integrity. Demonstrates a passion for producing results and getting things done both efficiently and effectively. Displays confidence and accountability in accomplishing business goals and demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges.Major Responsibilities:Responsible for all of the compensation matters in their client organizations, including: Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation across the established client group Establishing governance and effectiveness of compensation programs Providing expert consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs Designing and supporting regulatory efforts Deploying market intelligence strategy Working with the compensation team to review compensation policies and practices Delivering training to HR and managers on compensation philosophy and programs Leading strategic projects while also managing routine activities Executing the annual compensation planning process Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders across the organizationQualifications: 1-3 years of experience in compensation in larger-scale organizations or as a consultant with a large organization Strong client management and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment Demonstrated analytical skills and business case capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation Ability and confidence to advise senior leaders Excellent communication and presentation skills High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a broader view Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Knowledge of FLSA and other applicable laws 4-year degree or advanced degree highly preferred Professional certifications a plus >>> Qualified candidates please apply to this posting; you may also send your updated resume to Krista Joy at kjoy@ for further review.
