The Learning Management System (LMS) is a software component in the USCG's training suite that automates training administration and recordation by assigning requirements to users, delivering content, recording user activity, and generating reports.Duties & Responsibilities:Provides input, and assists with development and management of acquisition related documents, such as Program Management Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Life Cycle Tailoring plansAssists with implementation of Risk, Opportunity, and Issue Management for Non-Major Acquisition ProgramAssists with Change Management and managing a document repository in MS TEAMS and SharePointAssists with development of high-level program briefings and correspondenceManages program schedule including preparation of briefing charts showing dependencies and major program milestonesAdditional Requirements:Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition management processes, tools, and techniques required.Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status -reporting, etc.Provide support in the development of processes and procedures to support program execution and oversight.Education:Bachelor's Degree1-2 years' experienceUSCG Experience Highly PreferredAbility to obtain a Public Trust ClearanceType of Job: Full TimeSalary: Competitive SalaryBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSA, LTD, STD, PTO, Federal HolidaysWork Location: USCG Facility Washington DC - TeleworkingCompany Description:Network Runners, Inc. is an Information Technology Solutions Company - providing innovative IT solutions and organizational support within the DOD and the Civil sector.
