CAD/CAE Systems Project Manager

Automotive OEM Tier1 and aftermarket Experience.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Experience in managing the license management for automotive OE Tier1 customers & aftermarket customers.Experience in managing the CAD & CAE applications for automotive OE Tier1 customers & aftermarket customers.Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting IT Support for CAD/CAE Applications like CATIA, Siemens NX, PTC Creo Parametric, Autodesk AutoCAD, Dassault Solidworks, Ansys, Hyperworks, MATLAB, and other similar applications.Administration and maintenance of engineering applications including license management, server infrastructures, addon applications, and In-House developed tools.Depth knowledge of API Toolkits, C#, C++, .Net, Java, and Perl programming languages with software development experience.Experience in application upgrade, troubleshooting, evaluation, testing, training, and support for CAD/CAE tools along with Cloud Infrastructure implementation.Hands-on experience in license management utilities and Server administration tools.Experience in any IT ticket management tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or similar tools.Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, and incident/service requests with SLA adherence to improve customer satisfaction.Engage with Software vendors, stakeholders, and IT departments to resolve technical problems.Nice to have knowledge on Incident/Request management, Problem/Change management, and knowledge management experience.Nice to have experience in Windows/Linux OS environment management/maintenance.Good Team player and Communication skills.
