Project Manager

Work closely with Estimating and Superintendents to manage Heavy Highway Sitework contracts.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Review and execute Contract and Subcontract Documents for designated jobs.Monitor job progress, keep up with quantities and costs.Make regular site visits to ensure job remains on schedule and within budget.Interface professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Additional responsibilities as directed by our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Project Manager.Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experiencein Heavy Civil earthwork projects desired.Possess strong mathematical and computer skills with proficiency in Hard Dollar or similar software, Microsoft Office, Agtek. Auto-CAD and Trimble Business Center a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.PI263800720
