Building Maintenance Technician

Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on HVAC of multi-tenant office buildings and shopping centers.Maintenance of current and historical preventative maintenance recordsRespond to and prioritize work orders. Establishes and maintains a current inventory of essential parts and materials. Perform routine property inspections. Troubleshoot and make repairs to HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Inspect AHUs, tighten, or replace belts, replace filters, and grease bearings. Adjust HVAC and related equipment to maintain comfort zones as outline in tenant leases. Record meter readings. QualificationsAt least 3-4 years of experience in building maintenanceMinor skills in repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, painting, and misc. windows, doors, and closures.
