Intune Analyst

The Intune Analyst will be responsible for the administration, development, and management of Intune policies and devices. This role will support the transition from SCCM to Intune, ensuring smooth migrations and optimal performance. The Intune Analyst will also create and maintain knowledge documents for support teams and assist with large project work.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. TOP (5) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ESTIMATED PERCENTAGE OF TIME EACH REQUIRES: Intune Administration and Development (40%) Administer and develop Intune policies. Manage device enrollments and configurations. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies. SCCM to Intune Migration (30%) Assist with the migration of policies and devices from SCCM to Intune. Provide support and troubleshooting during the migration process. Develop and implement migration strategies. Knowledge Documentation (15%) Create, develop, and maintain knowledge documents for support teams. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Project Support (10%) Assist with large project work and management. Coordinate with project managers and scrum masters for updates. General IT Support (5%) Provide general IT support as needed. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience with Intune administration and development, SCCM experience, and large project work or management. Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. #LI-BS1 #M1
