What You'll Do: Manage and optimize BIM models for commercial architecture projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout all design phasesEnforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across multiple project teamsProvide technical leadership, training, and support to architects, designers, and technicians to enhance BIM proficiencyCoordinate models, ensuring seamless integration between architecture, MEP, and structural disciplinesCollaborate with project teams to troubleshoot model issues, maintain model health, and ensure compliance with client and firm standardsStay ahead of industry advancements, evaluating new BIM technologies and strategies to keep our firm at the forefront of digital design What You Bring: 5+ years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in an architectural or AEC firmAbility to train, mentor, and guide teams in BIM best practices (Revit)Advanced proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other computational design tools is a plusExperience developing custom scripts or plugins to enhance design workflows is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Why Join Us?
