If you enjoy connecting with customers and sharing the historical story of collectible numismatic gold and silver coins, this is the perfect opportunity for you!- Opportunity for growth with potential to earn $100,000+ per year through an attractive hourly rate plus commission structure- Enjoy benefits including Paid-time-off, Medical, Dental, and more· Work Schedule:· Full-time, Monday - Friday in office· Compensation:· Hourly rate plus commission on salesResponsibilities:- Contact existing Rare Collectibles TV customers who have received their orders, with no cold calling required- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.- Collaborate with a dynamic team in an in-office environment- Participate in on-the-job sales and product training- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales.Skills:· Strong phone presence and experience making high volumes of calls daily (100+).· Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).· Ability to build rapport with customers· Sales-driven mindset with a passion for numismatic coins· Team player with a positive attitude· Willingness to learn and grow within the companyAbout Rare Collectibles TV (RCTV): Founded in 2014, RCTV is a leading television sales and eCommerce company specializing in rare, historical collectible coins.
