The candidate should have significant experience in MongoDB administration, SRE, DevOps, and monitoring/logging tools, and be capable of working with cloud-based systems.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mongo DB Engineer.In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining client's robust and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating and optimizing infrastructure and platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including cluster configuration, performance tuning, and query optimization.Familiarity with MongoDB Architecture and other cloud-based MongoDB solutions.Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.Programming Skills:Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) for automation.Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.DevOps and Automation:Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.Monitoring & Logging:Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience: 8+ years of experience DB Administration & SREOther Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
