In this position you will be responsible for project management, estimating, and leading project teams.You should have knowledge of the mechanical construction field with a strong background in HVAC, piping, design build and retrofitting.Requirements:Experience in the Atlanta, Charlotte or Raleigh market preferred or large project experienceThe ability to participate in planning, formulating design alternatives, conceptual estimates and cost estimatesWorking knowledge of the mechanical trade and salesAbility to interpret drawings and specificationsAbility to communicate with various levelsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.This position is open due to growth.
