Your responsibilities will include:Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Performing preventive maintenance on variable frequency drives and transmitters. Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, HMI software, and programmable controllers. Identifying and addressing safety and environmental concerns to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Overseeing electrical switchgear and power distribution maintenance to keep our systems running smoothly. Providing mentorship and collaborating on operational excellence initiatives. Coordinating with external contractors and supervising maintenance activities. Sharing on-call responsibilities to support plant operations as needed. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proactive problem-solver with technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience. 3+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance. Familiarity with National Electric Codes and the ability to use electronic test instruments effectively. Proficiency in reading and preparing electrical circuit drawings and blueprints. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties. Availability for on-call duty and the ability to respond to emergencies within one hour. A team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.Schedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time position with 8-hour shifts.
