Industrial Electrician

Kane Partners is searching for an Industrial Electrician for a Food Production company in the Greater Reading area.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within an industrial environment.- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including malfunctions with motors, controls, electrical circuits, and related equipment.- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards (OSHA, NEC, etc.) to maintain a secure and safe work environment for yourself and others.- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment.- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements (such as OSHA and food safety regulations), and internal policies.- Collaborate closely with the production team to support smooth machine operations, quickly troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during production.- Hold a valid Electrician License and maintain any necessary certifications.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.- Electrician License Required- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.- Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
