The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position Summary: Be part of the innovation at client and influence the future of our HR technology. As a Business Systems Technology Strategist, you will craft the HR technology strategy and implement solutions that drive organizational success. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Develop a comprehensive mid-range vision and plan for HR technology that aligns with SIE People & Places team's strategy, including talent management, workforce engagement, and process optimizationAnalyze current systems and find opportunities to use technology for enhanced efficiency, engagement, and outcomesCraft and maintain an architecture-level view of HR technology solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with Enterprise IT standardsWork closely with HR and IT leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into solutionsPartner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall IT infrastructureDefine critical metrics to measure the impact of HR technology initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in HR technology, IT architecture, or a related fieldExperience crafting and implementing enterprise-level HR systemsExperience driving solutions leveraging advanced technologies and systemsFamiliarity with HR processes and tools and data analytics is highly desirableStrong critical thinking and long-term planning abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with othersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIf this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application!Providing consulting opportunities to TALENTed people since 1987, we offer a host of opportunities including contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.
