Financial Analyst - MST

ONSITE ROLE - M-F 8-5PRead the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Support reporting and analysis of restructuring programs including coordination with Client Business Units and the client Controller's organization. Support the monthly client Financial Assessment process various analytical tasks. Directly support the Financial Manager of the Program on all financial issues, including business decision-making and budget management. Develop and analyze business case models, which will be utilized to evaluate the economic impact of business decisions on the Program. Job Specific Requirements• Support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly forecast and close. Consolidate information into business-wide financial statements and prepare for review with senior management.• Financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and annual planning, as well as preparation of action plans and recommendations for business and operational decisions• Perform cash flow analytics and evaluation of working capital metrics, providing insight for cash forecasting• Lead the functional cost consolidation process ensuring load accuracy across the business units as well as putting together a cohesive story for leadership• HFM maintenance, reporting and consolidation• Partner with vertical market leaders to prepare supplemental reporting for sales and orders• Evaluate standard processes, utilize technologies, and make recommendations to automate and increase efficiency• Special projects and business unit support as needed• Provide support for senior executive presentations• Perform special projects and ad hoc business/financial analysis where neededKey attributes:Financial acumen, communication, leadership, flexibility, passion, determination, persistence Education:Bachelor's degree required.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
