This is a national position to grow Valve&Pumps-NAM Service and Spare Parts SalesResponsibilities / TasksMake sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.Technical Support:Focussing on the sale of Service and spare part products, Sales Line Agreements (SLA), etc. for Valves & PumpsAid customers in what is required for maintaining their centrifuges for trouble free operation by offering GEA's parts, repairs and in plant servicesCustomer Engagement:Support customers in maintaining their centrifuges properly for safe operationBuild and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to GEA for all their after sales needsInternal and External Training:Offer and setup training with GEA's training team to increase understanding of products and processes.Market Positioning and Product Development:Position the product effectively against competitors (parts, repairs and in plant services)Cross-Functional Support:Uphold a unified approach in client interactions ("One face to the Client" culture)Your Profile / QualificationsExperience and Expertise:At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with knowledge of separators and decanters.Familiarity with customer bases and competitors in the field.Technical and Practical Know-How:Expertise in state-of-the-art processes related to decanters and separatorsEducational background in Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience.Personal Attributes:Open-minded, solution-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.Team player with excellent networking and communication skills.Customer Focus:Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport across various organizational levels.Confident, capable, and credible in client-facing scenarios.Additional Requirements:English proficiency.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50-70%).GEA offers competitive pay and great benefits.11 Paid HolidaysPTO - Paid Time OffMedical PlansDental Insurance Vision InsuranceHealth Savings and Spending AccountsTuition Reimbursement 401k with excellent employer match Wellness Incentive ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramGEA Group is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where all clients and employees feel welcomed, accepted and valued.
