Responsibilities:Understand how solutions meet our customers' needs and how our suite of products is used across the continuum of careWork as part of a Full Stack team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain / MVC / C# / HTML / CSS / SQL / SSIS / Cloud solutions for assigned product linesCollaborate with software quality engineers and other cross-functional teams in all phases of testing, documentation, and trainingExecute on a technical solution with minimal guidance, creating solution prototypes, providing top quality design, and create documentation for support and understanding of code created for each initiativeWork as both a developer and tester to ensure proper unit and test automations are in place and documented, create unit tests to help ensure code quality throughout the application's life cycle, and participates in code reviews for fellow team members, as requiredCreate tickets and participate in the change control/change management discussions and processes for business unitProactively assessing and mitigating project risks from the development side to ensure timelines are metAdhere to software development design standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality softwareWork effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment - writing / decomposing user stories, participate in grooming and estimation sessions etc.Continue to improve code quality by tracking, reducing, and avoiding technical debtRequirements:Expertise building ETL solutions using SSIS.Expertise in writing stored procedures and SQL queriesProficient in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle managementExperience with CI/CD tools and Version Control tools like GITGood understanding of Test-Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development strategies and approachesKnowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategiesStrong data analytics, quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating data-driven business environmentsSelf-motivated, independent worker who is driven to deliver results without close managementAbility to communicate well and work with other developers and can foster team and peer loyaltyEncourages constructive design discussion with the teamExperience in software design and development using C#, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, AWS, .NET Framework / .NET Core, REST APIs, XML, Angular (or similar UI Framework)At OpenArc, we prioritize your career success and strive to build exceptional technical teams for our clients.
