Jama ALM SpecialistPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Onsite/Hybrid ScheduleJob Summary:We are seeking a Jama ALM Specialist to configure and optimize Jama Connect in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Jama configuration, ensuring the platform effectively supports business and regulatory needs.Key Responsibilities:Configure and enhance Jama Connect to align with QMS processes and compliance standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and best practices for Jama implementation.Integrate Jama with other ALM/PLM systems to improve traceability, risk management, and reporting.Provide training and documentation to internal teams on best practices and system usage.Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and implementation challenges as they arise.Qualifications:Proven experience in Jama Connect administration and configuration.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GxP).Expertise in requirements management, risk analysis, and traceability within Jama.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams.Experience integrating Jama with other ALM or PLM tools is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.Familiarity with scripting or automation within Jama.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
