We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager - Plastics to join our team in Lakewood, CO (relocation available). Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-shift team. Drive performance through collaboration and problem-solving. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams. Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and execute lean strategies. Monitor process data, analyze trends, and implement improvements. Manage budgets and optimize labor resources. Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and 6S standards. Drive quality improvements and corrective actions. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement. Requirements: 10+ years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role. Expertise across multiple operational disciplines. Experience in P&L management and plant variances. Knowledge of relevant PC software applications. Experience in areas such as Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Sterilization, or Materials Planning is a plus.
