Title: Systems Manager - OnsiteReady to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Description:The client is requesting the services of a contractor to assist in the upgrading, supporting and long-term maintenance of their client. The client seeks to acquire the services of a contractor qualified to perform specific programming and development services for this system. The client is a mission-critical 24X7 system built using open source software products, along with state-owned custom-developed application software. The system is built on Red Hat Enterprise Linux running within a virtual machine. The PostgreSQL DBMS is used to store client criminal history repository data. Developed software is written in C and C++ with embedded SQL and in Java using JDBC. An extensive web interface is used for reporting, application management, and statistics. In addition, tailored web applications provide processing support to CIC staff for functions including court-ordered expunctions, arrest dispositions, civil background check requests, and repository maintenance. Shell and other scripting tools are used for system and application admin functions.
